Stars and sids

Hello, great simulator.

Is there a way to see the stars and sids for each flight? As far as I know, there’s no way to assign them one, right? But is there a way just to see them?

As you correctly say, no need to assign a Star, this is precoded. What do you mean with see them? As in the route on the screen? Rightclick on the ‘nav’ field in the label when aircraft is under it’s own nav, and you’ll see the route appear up to the ‘hold’ fix.

What I meant was more of a way to see the stars and sids they were flying in text. For example “Waypoint2A” in the route section. I think if not possible, it will be possible to just look the procedures up on something like Navigraph right? That is just a bit more time consuming for quick references.

No, you can’t see them as text. You can see the fixes in the ‘Nav’ menu of each flight.

One way to access the Stars and Sid is via the UK AIP (free online access, just google it). Not the easiest way as you say to access the routes. But this is why controllers train for a long time. You need to memorise all these routes and procedures for your sector.
