lucasa_ I am currently simulating SRO at EGCC as irl, using 23L for both deps and arrivals, however when selecting 23L in the aircrafts tag, I can not find a way to give them the RNP approach, since 23L does not have an ILS. Is this possible?
CloggyUk Hi. I don’t think it’s possible to select RNP, LC only uses ILS approaches. But are you sure they use 23L single runway ops? That means massive gaps required to backtrack the landers after they have vacated at the end. You can land 2, maybe 3 to wait at the end, then backtrack. And when are the departures going? Cheers, C
FewCloudy They use single runway ops late at night when working on 23R so not many departures. Normally they land 3 at a time and two wait in the loop at the end while the third turns on the runway and all three backtrack. I’ve been the first into the loop before and it adds a good half an hour on to your day!
