I originally bought London Control in 2007 (on a CD-ROM LOL), and after a very long time away I want to get back into it.
Considering that it has almost been 20 years, I am wondering what the latest is when it comes to the software version. A few windows releases have come and gone since, and I just installed London Control on Windows 11 to see that it actually seems to work without problems. Wow!
Still being curious about updates and such with LC, I can't seem to find much information on it. I am running 1.4.4.3. Is that still the latest version of the core program? I can see that there still are AIRAC files updated which is great. Do those include flight plans, too? My latest AIRAC update is from 2014, so it might be time to update. Can I still use the new AIRAC on versions 1.4.4.3?
I see on youtube that the pilot voices seem to have changed. Is that correct? Is that from the AIRAC update or has the software changed?
Sorry, a lot of questions here, and I have a few more, but later.
Would be nice to get back into controlling nightmares!
