Hiya.
The online documentation from eurocontrol RAD had the following Standing agreements listed for traffic from SUBIP:
Max FL280 at Sosun
S17 to TC WILLO FL180 lvl 5nm before ELDAX.
TC WIL to EGLF radar: 4000ft lvl EVATA.
So it does not contact S18. It will be a see and avoid for S18. I would imagine TC WIL will have to transfer traffic on headings to avoid the EGLF inbounds.
