Adaption file questions

Hello, I have a few questions about making custom airports.

In which directory do I find Mapper.exe, and how can it help me?
When I open my FIR it always crashes when loading at "Loading Background Flight Templates". Where is the issue then?
Are the sound files a must, or can I skip them?
How do I make the compiled HTML file with the sector guides?

After answering these questions, can we keep it open so I can post other questions that might come up here?

I have just upgraded my computer to Windows 11 with the original sim 2004 and added an Airac of last year. Since then when I issue a command instruction to the aircraft the sound reply does not work.. all other programs sound work fine.

Amy ideas please or is the old software not compatible with with windows 11, i did try the repair software option but no luck. Any advice would be appreciated.

The sim is definitely compatible with Windows 11 (it's the OS that we use).

Can you email me directly 'kieran@londoncontrol.com' with any steps you have tried so far? In the meantime, double-check you have the voices installed correctly.
