Troubleshooting Control System Communication Issues

Hello everyone,

There are some communication problems between the controllers and the HMI in the control system setup I'm working on right now, which uses the London Control software. It appears that the controllers occasionally disconnect, which delays the transmission of commands and the reception of data updates.

The issue still exists even after I double-checked the network connections and wiring. I want to know if anyone has experienced similar problems or if there are any particular software settings that could impact stability or connectivity.

Furthermore, despite going over the logs, I haven't been able to identify the precise reason for the disruptions. Should I concentrate on any specific logs or error messages in order to continue troubleshooting?

Can you elaborate please? Not sure what you mean about "in the control system setup I'm working on right now, which uses the London Control software." What exactly are you trying to do and in what context? Can you cite specific examples?
