As stated in the previous thread, the traffic rates can be entirely variable. Although it's true that as airlines operate their schedules according to particular timetables and route axis per day, the numbers are never finite. One day a sector could expect (say) 36 an hour, the next day it could be 36, or 48, or 40... or anything. All our flight plans are real-world and reflect actual operations. If you wanted a particular day and time, say a Thursday at 1440Z, for example, we could give you that rate based on real-world so you could then tailor your sim experience to deliver that amount of traffic, but the rate might not be the same the following day or the following Thursday (to use the example). Every sector has a maximum, but that's also dependent upon staffing, sector config, traffic demand, weather... a whole host of variables. It's the job of the flow controllers to manage demand against capacity, with sector rates being tailored according to 'all of the above.'
