No, they are just randomly generated. But if you come across any problems, they can be replicated if you include in your problem report in which exercise it happened.
Or if you want to run the same exercise on a different sector.
The Transatlantic routes are depending on your choice of Central, North or South. These routes then provide different loadings for different sectors. When set to North, S3/4/7 will be a lot busier than when you were to select South.
