Depending on the videocard and software your have, you can make two monitors appear as one. So then you can make the radar screen larger to achieve what you want. For instance Nvidia has Surround. That let's you merge two monitors into one. For Windows, those two monitors will appear as one and you can enlargen the view of the London Control window to use both monitors.
