Issues with S13

I was controlling S13 and had some issues, so I made a list.
Westerlies
Exercise 8513? (This number was at the top of the drop-down list after I finished the session)
Not sure how to check my AIRAC but I think it's the updated one for the base game (no AIRAC subscription)

0950 LDX700 no radio
0951 JAS626 no radio
0956 N3788B no radio
1002 MECJI crosser not offered, not on tactical list, airspace incursion
1021 MABGS does not contact on radio but does respond to commands on radio
1036 DICMD no radio
1042 ABB5961 no radio
1048 TFL351 does not contact on radio but does respond to commands on radio
1126 N300A no radio
1149 BCS300 identified as eurotrans, should be postman (per F9)
1153 JAF165 no radio
1155 N492CA not offered, not on tactical list, airspace incursion
1200 SIO501 no radio

Standing agreements out for EGGD, EGBB, EGBE, and EGNX not working, by which I mean that I have to offer exit altitudes and the descent clearances do not pre-populate like they do for EGLL (i.e. 250 level by LOGAN).

I am not sure about the sound issues, I am not a technical person. All I can suggest is to reinstall the sound files. There is post somewhere on the forum how to do that.

Regarding the controlling questions (these are my cup of tea):
There are no Standing Agreements (anymore*) for traffic to EGBB/BE/FF/GD/NX. You should offer them out at a maximum of FL300 by sector boundary to S26. Once you offer the traffic out, the level pre-populates.

(*) The flight 300 are old agreements. They are probably still in the ‘Help/Sector’ documentation. The LC team is in the process of updating these documents.

I can't seem to find the instructions to reinstall the sound files -- are they maybe on the old forums? If anyone can tell me how to do that, I'd appreciate it.

Good to know the standing agreements are changed, I'll trust the program when it recommends the outbound level.
