LC open in the wrong monitor

At first LC opened in the monitor i wanted, but then something happened and it started to open in the other one.
I've tried a lot of different things but none of them worked, so when i want to open it i just turn off the other monitor and then turn it on again.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

Are you sure you have pressed Windows key + Shift + then the arrow when having the application open, this normally moves the application for anything. I had this issue too but just used that keybind.

JackSingh yeah i've tried that. But my second monitor is in a vertical position and LC opens there, when i press windows + shift + arrow its moves to the other but its orientation remains the same and the sector only appears on the left half of the monitor the rest stays black
