I'll reply briefly if that's ok given that it's NYE and we've already said there will be limited responses during the festive time and variously throughout the world 0000UTC has passed, is passing, is about to pass, or will pass. We've always been very aware that speech rec with LC has been and is problematic. The difficulty comes in not having to pay for something that upgrades it adequately, the costs for which then have to be passed on to users. We'll be looking at this speech issue in earnest in the NY... (some of our users are already in 2025!) and we'll keep you posted.
