You can execute 'when established localiser, descend on glidepath' for aircraft above capture altitude as once the 'establish' command has been given, then provided the required parameters are met, the aircraft will do just that.
160 to 4 DME is not available in LC, but you can issue that command in an effort to be as close to real world as possible and the aircraft will slow down once established. However, the exact range from touchdown for this may vary
Altitude increments aren't necessarily 500 feet. For example at EGGP the descent can be 1800 feet. We are currently looking at options for refining the altitude ribbon to incorporate revised increments below 5000 feet.
