AIRAC Patch 2408

The 8th patch of the year (2408) is now available to download for those who took one of the data package options.
You'll find the package in the "Downloads" section of the website once logged in.

The last forum post regarding the changes was April…so below are all the changes since then. A lot comes from feedback, so do keep posting/mailing your observations.

Really like the new EGNT sector. Would it be possible to have the base of controlled airspace added to other approach positions? Thinking EGCC!

I've added the CAS base to the RMA West map for EGCC....will try and add East too before the next file release.

I have downloaded the update but the "about" section still shows AIRAC 03/2024.
I believe I have followed the instructions on the read me file but It still shows the previous update.
(of which I also had trouble).

Could you please advise, thank-you in advance.

Fellsider Hi.

If you download the update file, copy and paste the whole thing (all the files in the new London FIR and sounds folder) into your London FIR folder.

This should then update everything.

Usual disclaimer of consider making a copy of your old data beforehand...
